Delete your ENVC account

In the app
- Open ENVC and go to Profile (guests: Settings).
- Tap Delete account (guests: Delete my data).
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at once and the app starts over as a new guest.
Without the app
Email ismail@bogazicili.com with the subject “Delete my ENVC account”, from the email address you sign in with, or tell us the phone number you sign in with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address or phone number, and your sign-in.
- Your check-ins with their locations, your RSVPs, push notification tokens and notifications.
- Investors: your private notes, and your place on the jury of events that have not started.
- Startups: if you are the last person on your team, the startup’s pitch deck, logo, website, one-liner, team invites, attendee names and car plates, and its applications to events that have not started. If teammates remain, the startup stays with them.
What is kept, and why
- Scores and votes given at events that have already taken place, with no name or contact details attached, so results that were already published do not change.
- A startup’s name in results that were already published.
- Short-lived technical logs at our hosting providers, deleted on their normal schedule (days to a few weeks).

- Hesabı sil’e dokunun (misafirler: Verilerimi sil).
- Onaylayın. Hesabınız hemen silinir ve uygulama yeni bir misafir olarak yeniden başlar.
Uygulama olmadan
Giriş yaptığınız e-posta adresinden, ya da giriş yaptığınız telefon numarasını belirterek, “ENVC hesabımı sil” konusuyla ismail@bogazicili.com adresine yazın. Hesabı 30 gün içinde siler ve e-postayla bildiririz.
Neler silinir
- Adınız, e-posta adresiniz ya da telefon numaranız ve giriş bilgileriniz.
- Konumlarıyla birlikte girişleriniz, katılım bildirimleriniz, bildirim anahtarlarınız ve bildirimleriniz.
- Yatırımcılar: özel notlarınız ve henüz başlamamış etkinliklerin jürisindeki yeriniz.
- Girişimler: ekipte kalan son kişiyseniz girişimin sunum dosyası, logosu, web sitesi, tanımı, ekip davetleri, katılımcı adları ve plakaları ile henüz başlamamış etkinliklere başvuruları. Ekip arkadaşlarınız varsa girişim onlarla kalır.
Neler kalır ve neden
- Gerçekleşmiş etkinliklerde verilen puan ve oylar, adınız ya da iletişim bilginiz olmadan; böylece açıklanmış sonuçlar değişmez.
- Açıklanmış sonuçlardaki girişim adı.
- Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdaki kısa süreli teknik kayıtlar; olağan süreleri içinde (birkaç gün ile birkaç hafta) silinir.
